We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes and delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, strikes and so on.
What delivery companies are used? Royal Mail for the majority of our posting services, or for larger orders, we may sometimes use courier services.
Do you ship for free? If you are in the UK and your order is £40 or more, then yes, we will ship free of charge. It is up to our discretion how the order is sent, but generally, it is sent by Tracked 48 or Next Day 1pm, depending upon the value of the order.
What do the delivery charges cost? Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the total weight of your order, where all necessary shipping options are given during the checkout stage.

Tracked 24 £4.50 - Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, this is not guaranteed or trackable.
1st Class Signed For £6.75 - Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, this is not guaranteed, but is trackable once a signature is obtained.
Tracked 48 £3.60 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, this is not guaranteed or trackable.
2nd Class Signed For £5.55 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, this is not guaranteed, but is trackable once a signature is obtained.
Next Day Delivery Afternoon - From £10.45 (250g - 500g) - Tracked service that guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day. (Deliveries to Isle of Man and Channel Islands may be subject to delays due to customs checks.)
Conditions - If selecting this delivery method after our 2pm cut-off time, we will not be able to dispatch your order until the next working day.
This service is guaranteed for a 1pm delivery the next working day to the following areas: Alderney, AB30 - 39, 41 - 45, 51 - 56, HS1, 3 - 9, IV21 - 28, 40 - 49, 51 - 56, KA27 - 28, KW1 - 3, 5 - 15, KW16 Stromness Town only, PA20 (0&9), PA28 - 38, 41 - 49, 76 - 77, PH15, 17 - 26, 31 - 40, 49 - 50, ZE1.
This service is guaranteed for 5.30pm delivery within 2 working days, to the following areas: Sark, Herm, HS2, PA60 - 75, 78, ZE2 - 3.
This service is guaranteed for 5.30pm delivery within 3 working days, to the following areas: KW16 - non Town, KW17, PH30, 41 - 44.
Saturday Guarantee Delivery Services - Guaranteed delivery by 1pm on a Saturday (not available for Jersey, Sark, Herm and Alderney). For Saturday Guaranteed services there is an extra charge, so please call us on 01353 624624, this is not available to purchase online.
Where we have stated on the website that the office will be closed, we regret that we are unable to promise the above next day delivery services. Orders received up to 2pm on the last open day will be honoured, but any orders received after this will not be dispatched until the next open day. Our office open times will always be displayed on the homepage.
International Customers -
Simply select the International delivery method during the checkout stage.
International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed, whichever is available for your country.
Shipping is weight dependent, but generally costs are:
International Europe - Approx. £9.90 (250g approx 1 pair) / £10.85 (500g approx 2-3 pairs) All International European shipments have a packing charge of 50p. - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
International Rest of World - Approx. £12.17 (250g approx 1 pair) / £14.25 (500g approx 2-3 pairs) All International Rest of World shipments have a packing charge of 55p. - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.
Orders Not Delivered? If all/part of your order has been shipped from our office, but has not been delivered to you within a reasonable time frame, then we would first recommend contacting your local delivery depot or post office to see if there has been an attempted delivery, where the delivery person has omitted to leave you a card. if you still cannot source your order, please contact us so we can chase it. We normally have to allow 15 working days before we can resend the items to you, but once this period has passed the order will be resent via Recorded Delivery. We would always recommend choosing Next Day Guaranteed Delivery services, if you are in a hurry for your order.
